The cultivation of olive oil takes place according to traditional and ecological methods.

The ideal soil and climate conditions of the Messara, the long sun periods and dry climate, guarantee a product of highest purity.

The special features of the Messara.

The unique climatic conditions of the region, with over 320 days of sunshine per year, temperatures of up to 45° C in the summer, connected with a particularly flat tree pruning, allow for a natural pest control. So the olives, to a large extent, can grow without the use of insecticides.
